Prague is one of those amazing European cities that although nuts to butts full of tourists can suck you in with it’s architecture, history, sites, food and drink. I had a list of things I wanted to try and the Absintherie located at Jilská 7 in the Old Town was on the top of that list… and I can tell you. It was def worth it.
The staff was informative and helpful, the ambiance was chill and the other patrons ranged in age and entertainment value. There were two British women beside us having their first experience as well and they were hilarious! I was surprised at how unaffected I felt by our samplings of a few different varieties of absinthe. To me it felt like a loopy but awake tipsy. No green fairies were seen that night at anyways.
